ORDER & SHIPPING STATUS

The delivery time is between 1 to 5 working days.

An exception is bioresonance and frequency equipment. Delivery time is usually 7 to 14 business days.

Once your order has been processed, you'll receive a track & trace email to follow your package. Your order will usually be delivered the next business day by PostNL.

We do not ship orders on weekends.

CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER

You can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been processed for shipping. If you've already received a shipping confirmation with a track & trace link, canceling is unfortunately no longer possible.

Please note that it's not possible to modify an order. You can cancel your order and place a new one, but exchanges are not possible.

DAMAGED PRODUCT, WHAT NOW?

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We want to help you as quickly as possible.

Please include the following information in your email.
• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Photos of the damage

We will process your request as soon as possible.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You have 14 days to request a return, starting from the day you receive your order.

For a successful return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it: unopened, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging.

Don't forget to include a copy of your receipt or online proof of purchase.

Please note that exchanges are unfortunately not possible. We advise you to return the incorrect product and reorder the correct one.
